Curtis is a great resource for those of us who are looking for a general contractor in and around the greater Lampasas area. A previous post indicated that he may have been 'unprofessional'. Listen, Curtis is a bit unconventional, and he may not be everyone's cup of tea. That said, he is honest to a fault, he does what he says he will do, and when you are explicitly clear in direction, he will deliver. Does he deliver on time? I can't say that any contractor really does, or even can, given the current environment. He delivers a good quality product and will work with your budget to achieve your goals.

Hes a great guy and keeps us up to date at all times. He did the entire buildout of our barndo.
